Cooling Waters

Cooling Waters is a part of a series of work born out of the heat and smoke of the summer fires in the NW. Multiple fires were burning and summer temperatures were abnormally hot. The air quality index was steady at 425 in value or hazardous for days. Local, state and national agencies were cautioning citizens to stay indoors and limit any strenuous activities. This series was an attempt to make sense of the apocalyptic feeling that summer.
